Frameworthy  broadsheet  recommending “to the dominions and authorities” the purchase of “Friedrich Möller’s imperial and royal first lieutenant and commander of a country stallion division … work on the state horse breeding, for which His Most Royal Majesty have paid him a reward of 400 fl., His Royal Highness the archduke Charles, however, has shown to him his highest satisfaction”. – Written acknowledgement of receipt at the upper margin. –  Rare  form  of  an  advertising  print .
