Pu-Quà. A Bonzee begging Alms. / Un Bonze demandant l’Aumône. A priest of the god Fò. Colored stipple by J. Dadley (active before 1797 – after 1803). Inscribed: Pu-Quà, Canton, Delin. / Dadley, London, Sculpt. 26.5 x 22.4 cm.

According to Lipperheide Le 21 after-engraving about 1810 after Dadley’s print of 1799 (Lipperheide Le 17). – With explanation sheet in German-French parallel text. – Impression on strong Whatman paper of 1794. – Left lateral margin trimmed to platemark, but unessential for much white platemargin.
