With rich tree accessories, ducks at and on the water, and a bird flight. Coloured aquatint by J. Harris (John Harris II, c. 1791-1873?). 1849. 55.8 x 72.5 cm.

Herring’s Farm Scenes. – With drystamp of the publisher Gambart, London. – Several backed tears in the white plate margin, one of which reaching slightly into the image. A separate tear in the picture’s border itself, too. Here and there somewhat rubbed, but barely disturbing. Three sides trimmed within the white plate margin. – After Herring’s painting of 1848.
