Thienemann + Schwarz 218. – Sheet 23 of the STUDY OF THE WILD ANIMALS with the subtext of the Hamburg pope of poets, jurist & senator, foremost, however, friend of Ridinger’s, Barthold Heinrich Brockes (1680-1747), in German. – Margins on three sides 2.4-3.3, on the right 5.5 cm wide. – Thin paper spot in the upper edge of the subject and paper margin visible against the light only. Likewise two faint centerfolds practically not perceptible from front.
