Public Notice by the imperial-royal guberniya in Inner Austria in Graz of June 4, 1788 in regard of the proof of assets for concessions for the delivery of victuals to army and corps in Hungary. Framing-fine  broadsheet  of fine, deep typography on laid paper untrimmed on three sides. – Becoming necessary “Since among those who file an application for passports for the supply of victuals there are people who arrive there without victuals, partly are destitute, and partly have little or no assets, and therefore stay there just as salesmen, or even vagabonds, and by this only further price increases and pilferage arise …”. – On the back written in bister “N 138”.
