Decree by the Imperial & Royal Inner Austrian Court of Appeal at Klagenfurt of December 14, 1797, in regard of the definition of the term subject and its fiscal-official representation in legal actions after the Subjects Act of 1781. No place & printer (1797). 13⅛ × 8¼ in (33.4 × 20.9 cm). 1 page. With the printed signature of the secretary Jakob Fidel Troiner.

Frame-beautiful  broadsheet  on untrimmed laid paper. – Though it were optional in litigation’s with one’s government to waive “the benefit of the (gratuitous) fiscal-official representation”, but the district authority has to instruct the one “who expressly asks for an outside solicitor” and to expressly warn him of damages. With reference to the decree of the supreme legal authority of September 26 the same year “all judges at first instance, and the lawyers are … informed that on taking over, and ruling of the litigation of a subject they should thoroughly investigate his status in regard of his nexum subditellae”.
