The agronomist as lettuce – “Laitues” – with insignias of a meal, i. a. vinegar + oil, a bevy in salad skirts dropping a curtsey to everything. Colored lithograph. Inscribed: Alfred Le Petit 18 mars 1871, otherwise as above and below resp. 9⅞ × 5⅜ in (25.2 × 13.6 cm).
