Ridinger, Johann Elias (Ulm 1698 – Augsburg 1767). The Polecat. In the reed the nest of a wild goose, before the polecat, above the goose, both crying. Th. thinks, the former out of joy. In the background the rising full moon. Etching with engraving. (1740.) Inscribed: J. E. R. fec. / No. 87., title in German as before. 7⅜ × 6 in (18.7 × 15.2 cm).
